As a resident of Osceola County for over 18 years, Geny has a true love, dedication, and a great appreciation for her community. Geny wanted to be able to serve her community with compassion, she started her career as a licensed realtor serving Osceola, Orange, Polk, Lake and Seminole counties. Geny is an active member of Osceola County Associations of Realtors.

In addition to her knowledge in the real estate industry and property appraisals, Geny has a well-rounded understanding of the local market and its day-to-day trends. Her experience allowed her to develop a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to analyze data, which are both critical skills for your county’s property appraiser.

She is dedicated to working closely with the residents and property owners of Osceola to ensure that the assessments are fair and accurate. Geny wants to ensure that all your concerns are heard and addressed in an efficient manner. She will focus on fair distribution of property taxes. She believes that property taxes should be based on the actual value of a property, rather than on arbitrary estimations.

Geny is committed to using the most up-to-date data and technology. This will allow her to accurately assess property values, and as a result will lead to a fair and more equitable tax system for all of Osceola County residents.

In addition to her professional qualifications, Geny is heavily involved in her community. She volunteers with several local organizations, including Habitat for Humanity and the Chamber of Commerce. Geny is an advocate for environmental conservation.

When Geny is not busy learning or working she truly loves spending her spare time enjoying quality time with her family and friends. Geny also enjoys cooking and exploring new recipes. If she is not cooking, you can catch her garden growing anything that is possible to grow.
